VAT-SPY / SERVINFO File Updates

VAT-Spy / SERVINFO update files can be downloaded from the VATPAC website these files display the new Australian / New Zealand sectors introduced on 01 Dec 09.

They show the following:

1. The new sector boundaries in the YBBB FIR
2. The new NZ sectors introduced earlier in 2009
3. Adds support for temprorary events sectors
4. Adds several new/changed major airports in nearby countries
5. Restores support for Hong Kong Kai Tak (VHHX)
6. Adds support for potential Upper Information Regions in Australia (VATSIM approval pending)
