Terry Scanlan has been selected as the next
VATSIM Vice President, Operations (VATGOV2) and thus is stepping down as the
Oceania Regional Director. The Board of Governors is soliciting applications
for the VATOCE position, a full voting member of the Executive Committee (EC).
