Gary,
The VATNZ partner VA policy should have minimal effect on Noble Air's status as a partner VA.
If you take a look at the number of Noble Air pilots who have flown on VATSIM in just this month alone at vataware (http://www.vataware.com/airline.cfm?icao=NBL) you can see that we easily meet that requirement. The number of flights in VATNZ airspace in one month by Tony alone is almost double the requirement for 3 months by the whole VA.

I totally agree with you there. There are a number of hubs (particularly USA) that arent pulling their weight.
