Thanks Guys, In layman's term think of a DCRM as in the movie Judge Dredd  ;D

As Tony has put it. The DCRM (Divison Conflict Resolution Manager) job to investigate all cases that been refer to me of any member within VATNZ that have committed a violation of the Vatsim code of conduct or the code of regulations and user agreement and pass sentence.  In simple terms Vatsim DCRM = Judge  Vatsim Supervisor = Policeman.
